SCMEA 2013 IN-SERVICE CONFERENCE

For General Members

• Preregistration for the SCMEA conference is now closed. Onsite registration will open in Charleston at 3:00 pm on Thursday, February 7. Onsite registration is $100 for regular members and $30 for Collegiate NAfME members (college students).
• Conference Program (this is a shortened version of the program)
• Click on the following link for a list of conference hotels. The Residence Inn, Charleston Airport, has a last-minute SCMEA conference rate of $119.00/night. Call the Residence Inn and mention SCMEA to get the conference rate. Contact info can be found on our hotel list.
• The 2013 conference schedule (tentative)
• Directions and maps to the greater Charleston area and the convention center.
• Earn graduate credit through Furman University for attending the conference.
• Jay Ingram is the Recording Engineer for the conference. Contact him if you have any questions.

For Conference Planners

• Board Session Request Forms and Instructions -- if you are a member of a division of SCMEA and are in charge of those sessions for your division, complete this form. Be sure to note the General Session times as they have been changed this year.

For Exhibitors

• Exhibitor Welcome, Information, and Registration packet
• Displays Unlimited forms (a single download that contains the following: Booth Furnishing form, Credit Card form, Freight Service information, Labor Order form, and Panel Rental form)
• Exhibitor Electrical Service Order Form

• Music Industry Showcase Application Form -- to present a session about a product or service and you are a vendor for the Conference
