I hope this email finds you off to a great start this school year! We are excited to celebrate SCMEA’s 75th Anniversary this year. Your conference committee is diligently planning a fantastic conference to commemorate this incredible milestone. To fully celebrate our Anniversary, this year’s conference will begin on Thursday, February 2, at 2:00 pm with an opening performance by the award-winning acapella group, Voctave. We will immediately follow our opening session with a 75th Anniversary Reception to kick off the exhibit hall’s opening.

We are hoping to set new attendance records to celebrate our 75th Anniversary! We have provided a letter on the conference registration page that you may share with your building and district administration to help support your request to attend our signature opportunity for hands-on professional development.
