Members of the SCMEA Executive Board are charged to comply with the SCMEA Policies and Procedures and to report violations or suspected violations.  They are also charged with maintaining the fiscal health of the organization.  They are encouraged to do so by revealing any relationships, transactions, positions, or circumstances that could contribute to a conflict of interest between SCMEA and their personal interests (financial or otherwise).

The board is ultimately responsible for adherence to legal standards and ethical norms.  As such, members of the board sign a variety of statements when they begin their tenure on the Executive Board and renew those commitments in alternating years.  Please follow the links below to examples of those documents.
