Standing Rules

 SCMEA has a set of bylaws, but we also have a set of Standing Rules to further supplement and clarify the bylaws. Our standing rules are those of a continuing (or standing) nature.  These rules deal with administrative and logistical matters and function under the umbrella of the SCMEA bylaws.  Specific questions about our Standing Rules should be directed to Dr. Patricia Foy, Executive Director of SCMEA.  patti.foy@converse.edu
