February 16, 2026, marked a historic day for music education in Dillon School District Four. District leaders welcomed a presentation in recognition of Music In Our Schools Month, highlighting the importance and impact of music education for students across the district. Following that presentation, the district officially approved a declaration recognizing March as Music In Our Schools Month, with the official resolution signed on Monday, March 2, 2026.
This milestone reflects Dillon District Four’s commitment to supporting and celebrating music education. A special thank you goes to the incredible students who dedicate countless hours to developing their musical talents, and to the outstanding music educators who pour their passion into teaching, mentoring, and inspiring every day.
From now on and moving forward, March will be recognized as Music In Our Schools Month in Dillon District Four, celebrating the power of music and the students and educators who make it possible.
