To register your groups for the 2024 Concert Performance Assessment:
Step #1 : Fill out a Director’s Cover Form available from the forms page, print it, and get the required signatures. (fill out only one form no matter how many groups you are registering)
Step #2 : Read through the CPA Standing Rules then follow this link to CPA Registration and complete the online registration for EACH ensemble you are sponsoring. Please answer all questions thoughtfully and thoroughly.
Step #3 : Choose a payment option below :
- Payment Option A: CHECK : Make a check out to SCMEA Orchestra Division for $200 per group and mail it along with your Director’s Cover Form to Arlyn Mills (scroll to bottom for address)
- Payment Option B: PAYPAL : Pay $200 per group using the Paypal option on the SCMEA website. Print the receipt and mail it along with the Director’s Cover Form to Arlyn Mills (scroll to bottom for address)
Registration Process Once More:
Fill out the official Google Registration Form linked above
Upload digital copies of cover form and paypal receipt (or mail a check with a cover form) to complete registration
PLEASE: Send only the Director Cover Form and check or Paypal receipt to Arlyn Mills via email or postmarked by January 16, 2024.

Some things to remember when preparing for the SC Concert Performance Assessment :
- Director’s must choose both pieces from a graded list. See the Graded Lists page linked here.
- If you wish to choose all of your music from selections not on the lists, you must fill out an CPA Application for Music found in the forms section of the SCMEA site. This form must be filled out and sent to Arlyn Mills (see above for address).
